The website embeds a Google Maps map in the Contact section, to show the Residence's location, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. The map is loaded only after the user gives consent: until then, no connection is made to Google Maps' servers. Once the map is loaded, Google receives the IP address, browser type and page visited, and may install its own cookies. For this data, Google acts as an independent data controller.
The website uses Google Fonts to display typefaces, loaded from Google's servers through the website's code. On each visit, the browser connects to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to download the necessary fonts: during this connection, the IP address, browser type and address of the page visited are transmitted to Google. Google Fonts does not install cookies.
Consent is managed through the iubenda platform. On first access, a banner allows the user to accept or reject non-technical cookies and to choose individual purposes. Until consent is given, only technical cookies are installed. The choice is recorded and the banner is not shown again, unless the cookies used by the website change.
